1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Milian Services (\"we,\" \"our,\" or \"us\"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our DevOps and infrastructure services, including but not limited to server deployment, configuration, monitoring, and technical support.

2. Service Description

Milian Services provides professional DevOps and infrastructure management services including:

  • Server deployment and configuration
  • Application containerization with Docker
  • SSL certificate setup and management
  • Database optimization and security
  • Load balancing and scaling solutions
  • 24/7 monitoring and support services
  • Custom automation scripts and infrastructure audits

3. Payment Terms

Service Packages: We offer component-based pricing with three main categories - Virtualization Setup (base €20), VPS Setup (base €10), and Complex Stack Solutions (base €35), plus individual components ranging from €5 to €150 each.

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments.

Payment Schedule: Payment is due before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of service initiation, subject to work already completed.

4. Service Level Agreement

Response Times: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

Support Period: Support periods vary by service tier (2 weeks to 3 months) and begin after project completion.

Availability: We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability due to factors beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access: Clients must provide necessary access credentials and permissions for service delivery.

Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their requirements and infrastructure.

Backup: Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups before service commencement.

Compliance: Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

Client Data: All client data and configurations remain the property of the client.

Our Tools: Any proprietary scripts, tools, or methodologies developed by us remain our intellectual property.

Open Source: We may use open-source technologies, which are subject to their respective licenses.

8. Termination

By Client: Clients may terminate services with 7 days written notice.

By Us: We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

Effect: Upon termination, access to our services and support will cease, though completed work remains with the client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved through Romanian courts or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
